LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 10 August 2018, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R119.67 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 982.604 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 21,400,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 219,226.779 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
