FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of the security are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the delisting and
removal of all CSEW40 securities listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE).

The final distribution of BWP 34.73705 per security will be made. This distribution is equivalent to
the Net Asset Value (NAV) per security. The NAV is equal to the sum of the capital, accrued income
and expenses. The final distribution per security will be comprised as follows:
