Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 14 November 2018, redeemed 100 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 981.562 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 17 600 0000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 182,266.098 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
