Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 11 February 2019, redeemed 275 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 2,696.643 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 14 875 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 155,526.796 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
