INCORRECT CLOSING PRICES AS AT 25 FEBRUARY 2019

Investors are advised that the closing price quoted on the JSE Limited for the NEWFUNDS
VOLATILITY MANAGED DEFENSIVE EQUITY ETF on 25 February 2019, was incorrectly stated.

The market maker has experienced intermittent technical difficulties which are being addressed. Owing to
these issues, the abovementioned ETF closed at a price away from the NAV.
