Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 06 March 2019, redeemed 185 000 AfricaPalladium
debentures following redemption in respect of approximately 1,813.644 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 14 790 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 154,693.674 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
