LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaRhodium debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 12 March 2019, issued an additional 25,000
AfricaRhodium debentures at an approximate issue price of R434.644 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 243.052 fine troy
ounces of Platinum bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 975,555 AfricaRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 10,301.690 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
