Secondary Listing of Selected ETF's on the Namibian Stock Exchange

Unitholders are advised that certain portfolios in the Satrix Collective Investment
Scheme ("Secondary Listed ETF's") have been approved for inclusion in the list of
qualifying ETF's to be traded on the Namibian Stock Exchange ("NSX") in Namibia with
effect from 19 March 2019.

The Secondary Listed ETF's primary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange("JSE")
will be unaffected by the secondary listing on the NSX. Units in the Secondary Listed
ETF's will commence trading on the NSX from Tuesday, 19 March 2019.
