LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES - SYGWD

SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 4 500 000 securities
with effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue
price of approximately R31.41 per security.

Following the listing of the 4 500 000 securities, there will be
