A portfolio in the CoreShares Index Tracker Collective Investment Scheme registered as such in
terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by CoreShares Index
Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited ("CoreShares").

Investors are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 5 March and 2 May 2019,
regarding the ballot voting procedure in respect of the amendment of the CoreShares Equal Weighted
Top 40 ETF to the CoreShares Scientific Beta Multi Factor ETF.

The corporate action referred to in the above announcements was incorrectly processed by the JSE
which resulted in the listing of SMART (ZAE000269502) effective today and the removal of listing of
CSEW40 (ZAE000217139).

The JSE subsequently halted the trading in SMART (ZAE000269502) and relisted CSEW40
(ZAE000217139). Trading in CSEW40 (ZAE000217139) will commence from 14h00 today and remain
listed until further notice.
