of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 and managed by NewFunds (RF) Proprietary Limited
(Registration Number 2005/034899/07) (the "Manager").

LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS LOW VOLATILITY EXCHANGE TRADED FUND PARTICIPATORY
INTERESTS

Following the creation of 8,627,317 (eight million six hundred and twenty seven thousand three hundred and seventeen)
NewFunds Low Volatility Exchange Traded Fund ("Low Volatility ETF") participatory interests, NewFunds has, from
commencement of business today, issued an additional 8,627,317 Low Volatility ETFs at a price of R9.73 per unit, which
will be listed on the JSE Limited .

After the listing there will be 11,652,178 participatory interests in issue.
