LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES

SYGWD has issued and will list an additional 2 500 000 securities
with effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue
price of approximately R30.87 per security.

Following the listing of the 2 500 000 securities, there will be
260 776 310 SYGWD securities in issue.
