LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFNGOVI SECURITIES

NEWFNGOVI has issued and listed an additional 350 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R65.01 per security. Following the listing of the
350 000 securities, there will be 13 775 000 NFGOVI securities in
issue.
