Listing of additional AfricaPalladium debentures - ETFPLD / ENXPLD (NSX)

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 07 October 2019, issued an additional 500 000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximately issue price of R253.073 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscription in respect of approximately 4,890.111 fine
troy ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 14 670 000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 153,491.749 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
