   Introduction

   Africa ETF and ETF holders are advised that the name of Africa ETF Issuer (RF) Limited ("Africa
   ETF") will change to 1nvest ETF Issuer (RF) Limited ("1nvest ETF").

   In line with Africa ETF changing to 1nvest ETF, AfricaGold, AfricaPlatinum, AfricaPalladium and
   AfricaRhodium will also change to 1nvetsGold, 1nvestPlatinum, 1nvestPalladium and
   1nvestRhodium.

   Rational

   1nvest Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd has been formed through a collaboration between Standard
   Bank, STANLIB and Liberty, combining the larger groups index asset management capabilities.
   1nvest ETF as part of this collaboration, name change is being conducted in order to provide
   clarity to investors and to highlight the single index product provider responsible for the issuance
   and day-to-day operation of the groups index products.
