2YR DOLLAR CUSTODIAL CERTIFICATES DISTRIBUTION

As a result of the underlying asset being rolled, notice is hereby given that the FRB will pay a cash
distribution to the holders of the 2yr dollar custodial certificates listed on the exchange traded funds sector of
the JSE Limited (DCCUS2) in the amount of R 1.82 (182.00 cents) per DCCUS2 unit.

For purposes of clarity, kindly note that the distribution will be marked as interest in accordance with the
JSE's payment infrastructure. Investors are advised that no lending relationship exists between themselves
and the Issuer.

The salient dates for the payment will be as follows:

Last day to trade to receive the payment                                 Monday, 30 December 2019
Shares commence trading "ex" the payment on                             Tuesday, 31 December 2019
Record date                                                                Friday, 3 January 2020
Payment date                                                               Monday, 6 January 2020

The DCCUS2 certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Tuesday, 31 December 2019
and Friday, 3 January 2020, both days inclusive.

Local dividend tax of 20% is not applicable to the payment amount.

The payment is as a result of the rolling of the underlying asset, being 2YR US treasury bills.

FRB had 46 000 DCCUS2 units in issue as at the date of receipt of the income on the underlying asset.
