Listing of additional 1nvestPalladium ETF debentures - ETFPLD / ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 24 February 2020, issued an additional 125 000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximately issue price of R407.864 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscription in respect of approximately 1,220.638 fine
troy ounces of Palladium. After the additional issue, there will be 8,123,050 AfricaPalladium
debentures in issue, referencing approximately 89,546.521 fine troy ounces of Palladium.

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 25 February 2020, issued an additional 100 000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximately issue price of R409.617 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscription in respect of approximately 976.500 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 8,232,050 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 90,523.021 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
