RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX SA BOND PORTFOLIO
(“THE PORTFOLIO”)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 23 April
2020 regarding the listing approval and the private placement for
subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the results of the private placement.

Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the private placement is for an
amount of R 13,460 000(Thirteen Million Four Hundred and Sixty
Thousand rand).
