LISTING OF THE SATRIX SA BOND PORTFOLIO (“THE PORTFOLIO”)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 04 May 2020
regarding the results of the private placement for subscription to
the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the
listing of the portfolio.

Issued securities and listing

Satrix SA Bond Portfolio will issue 2 185 347 (Two million one
hundred and eighty five thousand three hundred and forty seven)
securities, comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions,
to list on the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R6.38 per
security, to commence trading on Thursday, 7 May 2020.
