Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 11 May 2020, redeemed 200,000 AfrricaPalladium
debentures following a redemption in respect of approximately 1,951.360 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 1,184,050 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 21,800.562 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
