2yr Dollar Custodial Certificates Distribution
Notice is hereby given that FRB will pay a cash distribution to the holders of the 2yr dollar custodial
certificates listed on the exchange traded funds sector of the JSE Limited (DCCUS2), in accordance with
clause 12 of the Offering Circular dated 31 October 2017, in the amount of R 8.95125 (895.125 cents) per
DCCUS2 unit.
For purposes of clarity, kindly note that the distribution will be marked as interest in accordance with the
JSE’s payment infrastructure. Investors are advised that no lending relationship exists between themselves
and the Issuer.
The salient dates for the payment will be as follows:
Last day to trade to receive the payment Tuesday, 23 June 2020
Shares commence trading “ex” the payment on Wednesday, 24 June 2020
Record date Friday, 26 June 2020
Payment date Monday, 29 June 2020
The DCCUS2 certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 24 June 2020
and Friday, 26 June 2020, both days inclusive.
Local dividend tax of 20% is not applicable to the payment amount.
The payment has been calculated with reference to interest received by FRB from the underlying asset,
being US treasury bills.
FRB had 76 000 DCCUS2 units in issue as at the date of receipt of the income on the underlying asset.
