Listing of additional AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 18 June 2020, issued an additional 100,000 AfricaPalladium
debentures at an approximate issue price of R333.0949 per additional AfricaPalladium debenture ,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 975.270 fine troy ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 1,809,050 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 27,897.531 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
