The JSE Limited has approved the listing of additional 350 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 07 July 2020, at an issue price
of approximately R 54.9458 per security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 13 929 000 Ashburton
Global 1200 Equity ETF securities in issue
