Listing of additional AfricaGold debentures – ETFGLD

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 16 July 2020, issued an additional 200,000 AfricaGold
debentures at an approximate issue price of R297.86 per additional AfricaGold debenture, following
subscriptions in respect of approximately 1,961.930 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 11,580,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 113,619.369 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
