Listing Of Additional NEWFNGOVI Securities



NEWFNGOVI has issued and listed an additional 500 000 securities with effect from the commencement
of business today, at an issue price of approximately R67.14 per security. Following the listing of the 500
000 securities, there will be 26 419 163 NFGOVI securities in issue.
