LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ASHBURTON GLOBAL 1200 EQUITY ETF SECURITIES

The JSE Limited has approved the listing of additional 250 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF securities
with effect from commencement of business on Friday, 24 July 2020 at an issue price of R 55.5724 per
security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 14 179 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF securities
in issue.
