Listing of additional AfricaGold debentures – ETFGLD

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 28 July 2020, issued an additional 450,000 AfricaGold
debentures at an approximate issue price of R311.7455 per additional AfricaGold debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 4,413.924 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 12,330,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 120,975.932 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
