LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ASHBURTON GLOBAL 1200 EQUITY ETF SECURITIES

The JSE Limited has approved the listing of additional 400 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 04 August 2020, at an issue price
of approximately R 56.5871 per security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 14 579 000 Ashburton
Global 1200 Equity ETF securities in issue
