BALLOT RESULTS IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF THE FUND STRUCTURE OF THE
ASHBURTON GLOBAL 1200 EQUITY ETF, TRACKING THE S&P GLOBAL 1200 INDEX TO
A FUND OF FUND STRUCTURE (“AMENDMENTS”).

Investors are referred to the SENS announcement of 22 June 2020 regarding the Amendments
and the subsequent amendment to the ballot procedure announced on 25 June 2020.

The ballot closed on 4 August 2020 and 55.74% of all investors voted in favour of the
Amendments and 0.48% of investors voted against the Amendments.

The salient dates in respect of the Amendments as announced on 22 June 2020 will change and
new dates will be announced as soon as all the regulatory approvals for the Amendments have
been obtained.
