Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 06 August
2020 regarding the listing approval and the private placement for
subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the results of the private placement.

Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the private placement is for an
amount of R 9 568 855.98(Nine Million Five Hundred and Sixty Eight
thousand Eight hundred and Fifty Five rand and ninety eight cents).
