Listing of additional AfricaGold debentures – ETFGLD

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 18 August 2020, issued an additional 575,000 AfricaGold
debentures at an approximate issue price of R338.6827 per additional AfricaGold debenture, following
subscriptions in respect of approximately 5,639.080 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 12,705,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 124,653.423 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
