LISTING OF THE SATRIX GLOBAL AGGREGATE BOND FEEDER PORTFOLIO (“THE
PORTFOLIO”) - STXGBD

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 14 August
2020 regarding the results of the private placement for subscription
to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce
the listing of the portfolio.


Issued securities and listing

Satrix Global Aggregate Bond Feeder Portfolio will issue 201 181
(Two hundred and one thousand one hundred and eighty one)
securities, comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions,
to list on the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R46.86 per
security, to commence trading on Wednesday, 19 August 2020.
