as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
45 of 2002.

LISTING OF THE SATRIX MSCI EM ESG ENHANCED FEEDER PORTFOLIO AND THE
SCHEME REFERENCING THE MSCI EM ESG ENHANCED FOCUS INDEX ON THE MAIN
BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED (“JSE”) IN THE EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECTOR.

This announcement is issued for information purposes only relating
to the listing of the portfolio on the JSE.

1. Introduction

Satrix MSCI EM ESG Enhanced participatory interests provides the
investor diversified exposure to a wide range of large and mid-cap
emerging market companies while screening out companies involved in
controversial business practices, giving greater weighting to
companies with higher environmental social and governance (ESG)
scores.

2. Listing approval

Approval for the listing of the participatory interest       in   the
portfolio was granted by the JSE on 27 August 2020.


3. Summary of the offer

3.1. Issuer

     Satrix MSCI EM ESG Enhanced, a portfolio in the Satrix
     Collective Investment Scheme in Securities, registered in
     terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, No 45
     of 2002.

3.6. Index

     The proposed new portfolio tracks the MSCI EM ESG Enhanced
     Focus Index. Launched in October 2019, the MSCI EM ESG
     Enhanced Focus Index gives investors diversified exposure to
     large and mid-cap emerging market companies while screening
     out companies involved in controversial business areas and
     giving greater weighting with higher environmental, social and
     governance (ESG) scores.

3.7. Distribution or accounting period

     The underlying fund reinvests the income from the constituents
     in the index and therefore does not distribute. The Satrix
     MSCI EM ESG Feeder Portfolio is a total return fund and all
     income of the portfolio will be reinvested.

3.8. The ramp up period

     It is the period during which the manager will procure the
     acquisition of baskets with the cash proceeds from the private
     placement and will be announced at the close of the offer.

4.1. Opening date   of    the   initial   offer   at   09:00   on   Monday,   31
     August 2020

4.2. Closing date of the initial offer at 12:00 on Tuesday, 01
     September 2020

4.3. Ramp up period in respect of cash subscriptions commences on
     Wednesday, 02 September 2020

4.4. Publication of announcement on SENS as to the results of the
     initial offer on Monday, 7 September 2020

4.5. Listing date at 9:00 on Thursday, 10 September 2020
