Listing of additional AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 01 September 2020, issued an additional 250,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R367.6300 per additional
AfricaPalladium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 2,436.156 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 3,984,050 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 38,848.778 fine troy ounces of Palladium.




Redemption of AfricaPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 25 August 2020, redeemed 100,000 AfricaPalladium
debentures, following a redemption in respect of approximately 974.538 fine troy ounces of
Palladium.

After the redemption, there will be 3,734,050 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 36,427.622 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
