Redemption of AfricaGold debentures – ETFGLD

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 02 September 2020, redeemed 100,000 AfricaGold
debentures, following a redemption in respect of approximately 980.594 fine troy ounces of Gold
Bullion.

After the redemption, there will be 12,855,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 126,104.332 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
