LISTING OF ADDITIONAL ASHBURTON GLOBAL 1200 EQUITY ETF SECURITIES

The JSE Limited has approved the listing of additional 250 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Thursday, 03 September 2020, at an issue
price of approximately R 60.1673 per security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 14 829 000
Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF securities in issue.
