TEMPORARY DISTRIBUTION SUSPENSION ANNOUNCEMENT

The manager and trustees (namely Ashburton Management Company RF Proprietary Limited and
Standard Chartered Bank) have resolved to suspend the distribution to holders of Ashburton Global 1200
Equity ETF securities for the quarter ended 30 June 2020.

The suspension is due to the portfolio restructure as announced in the ballot procedure and memorandum
announcement of 22 June 2020 and finalised in terms of the ballot finalisation announcement of 1
September 2020.

The income portion of the net asset value (“NAV”) of the portfolio was utilized to purchase the underlying
funds as the underlying funds’ respective NAVs comprise of income and capital portions, and consequently
there was not a meaningful income distribution amount available for distribution.

Quarterly distributions will commence for the quarter ending 30 September 2020 and will be announced in
October 2020.
