LISTING OF THE SATRIX MSCI WORLD ESG ENHANCED FEEDER PORTFOLIO (“THE
PORTFOLIO”)- STXESG

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 7 September
2020 regarding the results of the private placement for subscription
to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce
the listing of the portfolio.


Issued securities and listing

Satrix MSCI WORLD ESG Enhanced Feeder Portfolio will issue 208 222
(Two hundred and eight thousand two hundred and twenty two)
securities, comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions,
to list on the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R47.88 per
security, to commence trading on Thursday, 10 September 2020.
