Listing of additional 1nvestRhodium debentures – ETFRHO

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 17 September 2020, issued an additional 55,000
1nvestRhodium debentures at an approximate issue price of R2,328.6735 per additional
1nvestRhodium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 527.718 fine troy
ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 712,555 1nvestRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 6,864.82 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
