The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 340 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity FOF ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Friday, 18 September 2020, at an issue price

of approximately R 57.5230 per security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 15 169 000 Ashburton

Global 1200 Equity FOF ETF securities in issue.
