LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SATRIX ESG SECURITIES - STXESG

Satrix ESG has issued and listed an additional 600 000 securities
with effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue
price of approximately R48.45 per security. Following the listing of
the 600 000 securities, there will be 908 222 Satrix ESG securities
in issue.
