Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.

REBALANCING OF THE AMI series BIG 50 EX-SA INDEX – AMIB50

In terms of section 19.28 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
notice is hereby given to investors of the above ETF securities that
the following changes in the constituents of the underlying index in
the table below will be effective from 30 September 2020 as a result
of a periodic rebalancing of the AMI Big50 ex-SA index.


Notice is hereby provided to holders of AMI Big50 ex-SA securities
that the AMI series index – AMI Big50 ex-SA, which the securities
track, has undergone a rebalance which is effective from COB 30
September 2020.


SALIENT DETAILS
   • One constituent with a combined weighting of 0.89% have been
     replaced with constituents with a combined weighting of 0.77%.
   • Index changes are due to market movements in price and liquidity
     of underlying constituents.
   • Rwanda is now eligible for inclusion in the AMI BIG50,following
     the 2020 Q3 rebalance. The index review committee will need to
     conduct due diligence on the country’s stock exchange , in order
     to effect the inclusion of the country in the index.
   • The Index review committee will begin looking at Sustainable
     Development Goal(SDG)rankings, for countries in the AMI Big50,
     as part of its ESG and Responsible Investing undertakings.
   • The index review committee hosted investment professionals to
     the recent rebalance to discuss country risk specific to African
     markets.
