Listing of additional 1nvestGold debentures – ETFGLD

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 09 October 2020, issued an additional 2,500,000
1nvestGold debentures at an approximate issue price of R316.3508 per additional 1nvestGold
debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 24,507.685 fine troy ounces of Gold
Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 11,005,000 1nvestGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 107,937.146 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
