EXCHANGE (“NSX”)

1nvest ETF is pleased to announce that its 1nvest Gold ETF and 1nvest Platinum ETF have
obtained secondary listing approval from the NSX.

The secondary listing will be effective from 16 October 2020. The 1nvest Palladium ETF has
held its NSX secondary listing since 2015.
