Listing of additional 1nvestPlatinum debentures – ETFPLT and ENXPLT(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 25 November 2020, issued an additional 1,800,000
1nvestPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R147.0768 per additional
1nvestPlatinum debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 17,593.526 fine troy
ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 18,800,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 183,823.131 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.

Redemption of 1nvestGold debentures – ETFGLD and ENXGLD(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 25 November 2020, redeemed 150,000 1nvestGold
debentures, following a redemption in respect of approximately 1,469.916 fine troy ounces of Gold
Bullion. After the redemption, there will be 4,755,000 1nvestGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 46,623.960 fine troy ounces of Gold Bullion.
