LISTING OF THE SATRIX HEALTHCARE INNOVATION FEEDER ETF (“THE
PORTFOLIO”)- STXHLT

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 20 May 2022
regarding the results of the initial public offer for subscription
to the portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce
the listing of the portfolio.


Issued securities and listing

Satrix Healthcare Innovation Feeder ETF will issue 176 811 (One
hundred and seventy six thousand eight hundred and eleven)
securities, comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions,
to list on the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R55.35 per
security, to commence trading on Thursday, 26 May 2022.
