PREFtrax conversion NEWSLETTER
09 Dec 2013
In summary:
PREFEX changes name to PREFTRAX (brings into alignment with our suite of ETFs)
Converted to a CISCA structure
No economic impact on security holders (NAV remains the same, same investment policy etc)
Tax implications are all positive however, the reformatting will trigger a CGT event (which is a loss in this instance so not a cash flow event)
Fee structure unchanged
Conversion set for 6 December but is subject to a finalization announcement (on SENS)
