PREFtrax conversion NEWSLETTER 09 Dec 2013
In summary:
  • PREFEX changes name to PREFTRAX (brings into alignment with our suite of ETFs)
  • Converted to a CISCA structure
  • No economic impact on security holders (NAV remains the same, same investment policy etc)
  • Tax implications are all positive however, the reformatting will trigger a CGT event (which is a loss in this instance so not a cash flow event)
  • Fee structure unchanged
  • Conversion set for 6 December but is subject to a finalization announcement (on SENS)
